One-third of us are caregivers. It can be a lonely, overwhelming job at times. Caregivers often feel isolated. Often the caregiver’s physical and mental health suffers.
Sound like anyone you know? It’s the second Tuesday of the month…..and help is as close as the telephone. From 7-8p.m. tonight family caregivers meet via the telephone. Tonight’s discussion: How Are You? Let’s Talk About Caregiving’s Impact on Your Health? Caregivers can share their experiences and gain emotional support without having to travel.
