Long-term care initiatives in Fairfax are in need of the financial resources to try new initiatives and to expand services so that more of our neighbors can be assisted. LifeCircle partners with select service providers to raise the funds to meet long-term care needs from:
- The business community
- Public and private foundations
- Private individuals through donations and bequests
- Local, state, and federal governments through appropriations, grants, and provision of services
- Community organizations e.g. faith-based organizations, service clubs
- Giving circles
How Does the Giving Circle Work?
Life Circle AlliancesSM supports projects pursuant to the needs identified in the Long-Term Care Strategic Plan* and/or emerging needs.
Service providers are invited to submit applications for support. These are evaluated based on community need, financial leveraging of funds if awarded, and ability to measure and deliver identified services. Life Circle Alliances showcases these vetted projects.
