LifeCircle AlliancesSM is a nonprofit organization in Fairfax County Virginia. LifeCircle is about INDEPENDENCE FOR LIFE for older adults and adults (18+) with developmental, physical and intellectual disabilities including our Vets. LifeCircle works within a public-private partnership with the 45 members (agencies, individuals, universities, government entities, including the Board of Supervisors) of Fairfax County's Long Term Care Coordinating Council (LTCCC). Founded in 2007 as CareFax LTC and re-launched in December 2009 as LifeCircle Alliances, LifeCircle identifies, showcases and raises money for the most creative and cost-effective ideas that COME FROM OUR COMMUNITY – creative connections in long-term care.
The collective wisdom, individual talents, and unique life journeys of older adults and adults with disabilities enrich the fabric of our community. They hold a unique place in our life circle. LifeCircle's mission is to help older adults and adults with disabilities to live independently in their communities of choice.

LifeCircle's mission is to raise funds by developing collaborative partnerships with private, public, business, educational and philanthropic entities. The funds raised will help to build community capacity, create innovative long-term care initiatives and enhance existing programs, which will enable seniors and adults with disabilities to live independently in their communities of choice. LifeCircle also supports the needs of their families, caregivers and service providers residing in Fairfax County.
